Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the company's own vineyards in Alto Adige. The vines are 10–20 years old. The wine belongs to the "Festival" range from Merano.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested only when they reach optimal ripeness. At the winery they are macerated and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 15 days.
Ageing
Malolactic fermentation and the ageing that follows take place in used barriques and small oak barrels.
Tasting profile
The "Festival" range is fresh, aromatic and easy-drinking.
Serving and pairing
Suited to everyday drinking and to serving with a meal.
