Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the winery's own vineyards in Alto Adige. The vines are 10–30 years old. The wine belongs to the "Festival" range from Merano.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested only when they reach optimal ripeness. At the winery they undergo 12 hours of maceration, then ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is aged on its lees for 5 months.
