Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the winery’s vineyards in Alto Adige, where the vines have an average age of 15 years.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 15 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in French oak barriques for 16 months.
