Vineyard and terroir
The Cabernet Sauvignon grows in the “Passeggiata Tappeiner” vineyard at 300–420 m above sea level. The vines are 15–20 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for 15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures in a combination of new and used barriques and large oak casks.
