Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the winery’s vineyards in Labers, Marlengo and Tirolo, at elevations of 500–650 metres. The vines are 5–15 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo 12 hours of cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees for five months.
