Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from estate vineyards in Cermes, Lagundo, Lana and Marlengo, at elevations of 400–600 m. The vines are between 6 and 30 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. They undergo 12 hours of cold maceration before temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees for five months.
