The Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in the winery’s vineyards in Alto Adige.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for 10–15 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in French oak barriques.
