The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in Alto Adige.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 15 days.
Ageing
The wine is aged in French oak barriques.
