Grapes
The blend combines traditional local varieties, Trebbiano and Malvasia Bianca, with the Mediterranean varieties Vermentino and Clairette, in preference to Viognier and Sauvignon.

The nose has saline notes with fragrant herbs and flowers. The palate is savoury, clean and fresh.
