The grapes are grown in vineyards in Bardolino.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and remain in contact with the skins for several hours, giving the must its pink colour, before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is aged in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
