Vineyard and terroir
The Grillo grows in vineyards in Sicily. The wine belongs to a range of table wines whose grapes come from different regions of Italy, so that each wine expresses the potential and character of its own terroir.
Vinification
After harvest the grapes undergo traditional white-wine vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Suited to serving as an aperitif.
