The grapes grow in the hills of the commune of Soave, on volcanic soils and in a mild microclimate that helps Garganega express its distinctive character.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
