Vineyard and terroir
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes grow in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, in soils of marl and sandstone with a high concentration of marine shell remains, which contribute subtle mineral notes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, undergo a short cold maceration, and are then fermented.
Ageing
The wine matures for nine months in stainless-steel tanks.
