Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Nestore Bosco’s vineyards on clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for several months, followed by further ageing in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
Serving and pairing
Pair with pizza, pasta, oily fish, white or red meats, and fresh cheeses.
