The grapes grow at 380 m above sea level under bright Tuscan sun.
Vinification
Carefully selected grapes are harvested in the first half of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for two years in Slavonian oak barrels before bottling.
