Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from a 2 ha, east-facing vineyard in Santa Maria at 200 metres above sea level. The vines are 15 years old.
Vinification
Harvest begins in the first ten days of October. The grapes are selected first on the vine and again at the winery. Maceration and fermentation take place in stainless-steel tanks over 15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages in oak barrels of various sizes.
Label / history
Annual production is approximately 15,000 bottles.
