Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
100% Vermentino from the Muraccio basso vineyard in the Parrina production area, grown on clay and calcareous soils. The grapes are cultivated sustainably and picked by hand in several passes according to ripeness. Bunches are selected on a sorting belt, and the resulting lots are processed separately.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed at low temperature, and the must undergoes 24 hours of skin contact under cool conditions to extract aromatic compounds. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel for 17 days at 17°C. The separately fermented lots are subsequently blended.
Ageing
The wine remains on its fine lees in stainless-steel tanks before bottling. The product description gives an ageing period of six months, while the technical sheet describes it more generally as several months.
