The grapes grow on clay-limestone soils in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested both by hand and by machine, then sorted, destemmed and gently pressed. The juice is clarified by static settling to remove suspended particles before alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
