Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the company’s own vineyards in the provinces of Asti, Alessandria, and Cuneo. The vines grow in mixed soils of loam, sand, and limestone.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September. Vinification follows the traditional method for white sparkling wines.
Tasting profile
Refined and elegant, with delicate fruit notes on both the nose and palate.
