Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in relatively low-elevation vineyards in Piedmont. Sea breezes promote ripening.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, followed by a short, temperature-controlled maceration of the resulting pulp. Alcoholic fermentation is stopped when the desired residual-sugar level is reached, after which the wine is stabilized.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks.
Label / history
The 2010 wine received a bronze medal at the San Francisco International Wine Competition.
