Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Petra’s vineyards in Tuscany’s Maremma region, on limestone-rich, mineral soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into small crates. The must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish dishes, seafood and vegetable salads.
