Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Petra’s vineyards in Tuscany’s Maremma region, where the soils are rich in limestone and minerals.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into small crates. The must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish, seafood or vegetable salads.
