The vineyards lie on clay and sandy soils at the foot of the hills. The vines have an average age of 15 years.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by four months in bottle before release.
Label / history
“Zingari” means “Gypsies.” The label interprets the spiral, a geometric form commonly found in plants. It represents the evolution of strength, life’s repeating rhythms, the cyclical nature of evolution and the fertility of the land.
