Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in organically farmed vineyards near the villages of Ora and Egna, at an altitude of 300 metres.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18 °C in stainless-steel tanks and oak barriques.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees for several months.
