Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the commune of Montagna, at 500–700 metres above sea level, in conditions well suited to the variety.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation took place in steel tanks for 10–14 days, with regular mixing of the juice and cap.
Ageing
The wine matured in oak barrels for 12 months.
