Vineyard and terroir
The Pianpolvere Soprano Bussia project began in 1998, when the Migliorini family acquired the vineyard of the same name in Monforte d’Alba. The wine comes from this single vineyard. Rodolfo Migliorini personally took charge of cultivating and vinifying its historic grapes, introducing integrated and sustainable vineyard management intended to conserve natural resources and protect the hilly landscape.
Label / history
Pianpolvere Soprano Bussia takes its name from the vineyard. Barolo Pianpolvere Soprano Bussia D.O.C.G. first entered the market in 2016.
