Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay is grown in vineyards in Friuli. The Ca'De Brittj range is made in line with responsible viticulture and winemaking standards.
Vinification
The ripe grapes are gently pressed. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a carefully controlled temperature, which preserves the grape's typical aromas and lively acidity.
Ageing
The wine is not aged in oak, which lets the natural character of the grapes and terroir show. After fermentation the young wine is bottled and kept in the winery's cellars for several months before release, to settle, come together and develop its character.
Tasting profile
Fresh, light and easy-drinking, with a fruit-forward style. It keeps the typical aromas of Chardonnay and a lively acidity.
