Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Nero grapes are grown in vineyards in Friuli.
Vinification
Ripe grapes are gently pressed. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of approximately 25–28 °C, with regular pump-overs and cap punching for gentle extraction of colour and aromas. The wine is bottled after fermentation.
Ageing
The wine is not aged in oak barrels.

Fresh and bright, with a youthful, berry-driven character.
