Pale pink with delicate coral reflections. Fragrant wild-strawberry, raspberry and pink-grapefruit aromas are accented by subtle floral notes of rose petals. The palate is fresh and crisp, supported by vibrant acidity. Softness and balance lead into a pleasantly savoury nuance and a clean, elegant finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10°C. Suitable as an aperitif and with seafood, fresh salads, light first courses, delicate white meats and Mediterranean dishes. Its freshness also suits outdoor summer occasions.
