Vineyard and terroir
The Moscato Bianco grows in sunny vineyards in Noto, on white soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at the end of August. After gentle pressing, the must undergoes static settling and fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages in steel tanks at 15 °C.
Tasting profile
The nose is intense, with jasmine and citrus-fruit notes. The wine is intended to be enjoyed young.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or at the beginning of a meal.
Label / history
The name alludes to the Baroque dance that traditionally opened a ball.
