Aliotto is produced under the Tenute Lunelli label at Tenuta Podernovo in Tuscany. The estate comprises 21.6 hectares of vineyards and works exclusively with estate-grown organic grapes under Biodiversity Friend certification.

Aliotto 2018 received 92/100 from James Suckling in 2023. The 2020 vintage received 93/100 from James Suckling in 2023.
