Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in the hills of Pisa, Tuscany, at 137 m above sea level. The vines grow in medium-textured sandy loam containing fossilised seashell remains and are planted at a density of 5,680 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand between September and October.

The blend has an unusually elegant, well-balanced palate.
