Grapes
85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Petit Verdot.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand into crates and manually sorted. Fermentation and maceration take place in tapered stainless-steel vats for 20–25 days.
Ageing
Maturation lasts 18 months in entirely new French-oak barriques and tonneaux.
Technical data
The first vintage was 2001. Average production is approximately 15,000 bottles, with an ageing capacity exceeding 15 years.
Tasting profile
Powerful yet elegant, with softness supported by a firm structure. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot give it a distinctly Mediterranean, sunlit character, clear definition and an attractive spicy quality.
