Vinification
The grapes are harvested as early as possible to preserve their bright aromas. They are pressed at the winery, and the must is fermented in stainless-steel tanks. The base wine undergoes a second fermentation in sealed tanks using the Italian Charmat method. The process is designed to retain the grape’s natural character and freshness.
