Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Patti Piccolo vineyard in the commune of Alcamo. The vines were planted in 2008 at 250 metres, with a south-eastern exposure and a density of 4,800 vines per hectare. The estate practises exclusively organic viticulture.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in August and gently pressed. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at 14–16°C for eight days.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks for six months, followed by one month in the winery’s cellars after bottling.
Tasting profile
The nose is elegant, with aromas of white peach, citrus and almond. The palate is harmonious and well balanced.

Pair with white meat, fish or Mediterranean dishes.
