Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from a southeast-facing vineyard in the commune of Marsala, 100 m above sea level. Its moderately dense soils are predominantly sandy with a small proportion of clay, and the planting density is 2,800 vines per hectare. The vineyard is farmed exclusively according to organic practices, with attention to environmental protection and the integrity of the ecosystem.

Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for six months, followed by one month in bottle before release.
Tasting profile
