Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the producer’s own vineyards on the shores of Lake Garda.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-September. Traditional winemaking methods are used, with vinification and fermentation at a constant 20 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for four months before bottling.
