Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the producer’s own vineyards on the shores of Lake Garda.
Vinification
Harvest begins in mid-September, when the grapes have reached optimal ripeness. Vinification takes place at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
