Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must ferments for approximately 7–10 days at a controlled temperature of 18–20 °C.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.

The aroma is intense and inviting. The palate is rich and balanced.
