Pair with cured meats, chicken, pigeon or fresh cheeses. Cellaring potential is 2–3 years.
Label / history
Anselmo takes its name from the first-born son of Aleramo and Adelasia, Marquises of Monferrato. He inherited the rights to the Monferrato territory whose boundaries had been established by his father.
