The wine comes from Roero, on the left bank of the Tanaro River. Arneis is the region’s principal indigenous white variety. The vineyards grow on distinctive sandy soils that favour aromatic expression and elegance.

Refined in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
The aromatic profile spans flowers and fruit, led by chamomile and apricot. The palate is delicate yet well structured, with a long, persistent finish.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with baked fish, freshwater fish, risotto, shellfish, rabbit or duck. Cellaring potential is 2–3 years.
