Vinification
This special edition began as the 2021 Lugana Fermentazione Spontanea.
Ageing
The wine spent sixteen months beneath the calm waters of the southern Venetian Lagoon, anchored 6–8 metres below the surface. It was submerged in December 2023 and recovered in April 2025. Slow development within the dynamic marine microclimate heightened its mineral nuances and complexity.
Technical data
The release consists of only 100 magnums.
Vintage notes
This one-off edition was made solely from the 2021 vintage and underwent lagoon maturation from December 2023 until April 2025.
