Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Valdobbiadene area.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September. The cuvée ferments under pressure with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 13 °C. Fermentation is monitored to preserve its aromatic character and distinctive style.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in sealed tanks for about three months before bottling.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with white meat, fish, seafood, Mediterranean salads, sushi and fresh creamy cheeses.
