Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay grows in the "I Piovi" vineyard, on clay and limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the final ten days of September and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation lasts 20 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Pair with appetizers, pasta, fish, salads and white-meat dishes.
