Vineyard and terroir
The Sortesele vineyard covers approximately 34 ha north of Mezzacorona in Trentino.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested when ripe and healthy and transported immediately to the winery to preserve their integrity. After pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled low temperature to emphasize the fruit’s flavours and aromas.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless-steel tanks.
Label / history
The wine was first produced in 1986.
