Vinification
The grapes undergo low-temperature maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for three months.
Label / history
The southwestern part of Sant’Antonio was once home to important Phoenician colonies. Terre Fenicie means “Phoenician land” in Sardinian.
