Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Piedmont, at the foot of the Western Alps, which surround the region to the north and west. Summers are hot, while autumn brings cold, biting winds and winter is marked by fog.
Grapes
Dolcetto and Barbera are blended in equal proportions.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified using the traditional method for dry red wines.

Pairs with red meat, grilled meat, pasta and cheese.
