Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in vineyards on alluvial limestone soils in the northeastern part of Verona.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed. The must undergoes brief skin contact at a controlled temperature before fermentation in concrete and stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in small and medium-sized wooden barrels.
