The fruit comes from the Scrimaglio estate’s vineyards.
Vinification
The wine undergoes a single fermentation. Lowering the temperature stops fermentation before all the sugar in the must has fermented. The wine is filtered before bottling.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish dishes, pasta, white meat and desserts.
