Vineyard and terroir
The Glera grows in stony soil at 150–200 metres above sea level. The vines are 15–20 years old on average, and the variety typically produces a small crop.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late September. Fermentation on the lees lasts approximately 60–80 days, adding structure and complexity.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for at least 4–5 months.
